Zhuromskaya works as a director and educator, primarily in the field of youth theater, and as a film and stage actress. She heads a well-established youth theater and is the director of an international festival of experimental theater. One of her primary goals in her artistic practice is contributing to the personal development of young people and enabling them to make honest art. She wanted to observe the working methods of US artists and pedagogues, interact with US actors and directors on collaborative projects and hold a workshop for students introducing them to Belarusian theater.
