Elegant interior dividable conference room with seating capacity for up to 30 people for meetings and conference engagements.

Location
435 Hudson Street, 8th Floor, in the West Village (intersection of Morton and Hudson).
Subway stations: Houston St. or Christopher St. (#1) and West 4th St. (A/B/C/D/E/F/V). Convenient to Westside Highway.

Equipment
Computer and video projection equipment; telephone equipment for conference calling; conference tables with chairs (flexible layout), inclusive. Meeting supplies and xeroxing available. Catering is your responsibility.

Rental Rates
For-profit Organizations: $400/up to 3 hours; $600/3+ hours
Non-profit Organizations: $350/up to 3 hours; $500/3+ hours
Weekday Hours: 9am - 5pm. Evening and weekend rates available upon request.

Rental Policy
Deposit payment of 50% upon scheduling & remaining 50% due on the first day of the rental. Notice of changes or cancellation must be made one week before your rental. Any cancellation made less than one week in advance will cost you 50% of the rental fee.
